  1. Order Processing Times
    • In-Stock Items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days.
    • Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Fridays or national holidays.
  2. Damaged or Lost Items
    In the rare event that an item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at kefijwl.eg@gmail.com within 24 hours of the delivery time. We will investigate with the courier and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
